I answered that it can happen, but it depends on the person. Visual effects artists are not made ​​from the same mold. As there is a vast range of ways of tackling the pre and post-production, there are plenty of intentions and ways to appreciate a movie. I’m sure there will always be someone who can’t avoid finding the details and things that can be categorized as an error in a shot, it is sometimes inevitable when the effect is too evident. It is as unavoidable as looking for errors as you raed this text. See what I did there? For that person, it can be their way to enjoy the film. Personally, I try to avoid it. I try to forget that I am a digital artist, the first time I watch the movie. The second time, I watch it with a critical eye and searching for details, not to belittle it, it’s rather a desire to learn and being influenced by the work.

So yes, the bored artist complex may be true, but a person who does that, doesn’t even necessarily have to be a digital artist, just a very annoying person

Yo respondo que puede ocurrir, pero depende de la persona. Los artistas de efectos visuales no fuimos hechos con el mismo molde. Así como hay una gama inmensa de aspectos dentro de la pre y la posproducción, hay un montón de intenciones y formas de apreciar una película. Estoy seguro que habrá alguien que no puede evitar buscar detalles y cosas que se puedan categorizar como error en una toma, a veces es inevitable cuando el efecto es demasiado evidente. Es tan inevitable como buscar errores mientras lees este txeto. ¿Viste lo que hice? Para esa persona, eso puede ser su manera de disfrutar la película. En lo personal, trato de evitarlo. Suelo tratar de olvidar que soy un artista digital la primera vez que veo la película. La segunda sí la veo con el ojo crítico y la búsqueda de detalles, no para menospreciarla, más bien con el deseo de aprender y dejarme influenciar por la obra.

Así que sí, el complejo del artista aburrido puede ser cierto, pero una persona que hace eso, no tiene que ser necesariamente un artista digital, simplemente una persona muy irritante.
